Chautauqua County, NY has been a vacation destination for more than 140 years. Several unique experiences coupled with the unrivaled natural beauty of the Chautauqua-Lake Erie Region have sustained an active flow of summer vacationers since 1874, the year Chautauqua Institution was founded.

Each summer, Chautauqua County welcomes tens of thousands of visitors, many of whom plan vacations motivated by experiencing these timeless summer treasures. Additionally, Chautauqua County has seen the development of new attractions that will also push the boundaries of time such as the National Comedy Center, the Lucille Ball – Desi Arnaz Museum, Roger Tory Peterson Institute of Natural History, Panama Rocks Scenic Park, the Dunkirk Lighthouse and Veterans Museum, and more.

This is another video in my tourism series with the Chautauqua County Visitors Bureau showcasing the timeless adventures to be had in our beautiful county.
